About TechPulse AI
We started this blog because we were frustrated. Most AI writing fell into one of two camps: breathless hype from people trying to sell something, or impenetrable technical papers that assumed you already had a PhD. There was almost nothing in the middle. So we built it.
Who we are
TechPulse AI is a small, independent publication run by a team of writers, researchers, and technologists who are genuinely passionate about making AI understandable. We don't have a corporate agenda, we're not affiliated with any AI company, and we don't take money to promote products. What you read here represents our honest assessment.
Our team combines backgrounds in technology, journalism, and education. Some of us have worked inside the tech industry. Some of us have spent years explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences. All of us believe that understanding AI is becoming one of the most important things any informed person can do — and that the explanations available haven't been good enough.
What we cover
We focus on three things: how AI technologies actually work (explained clearly, without dumbing it down too much), how AI is being applied in the real world across different industries, and what AI means for society — jobs, education, privacy, creativity, and the questions that don't have easy answers.
We try to tell you things that are actually true, even when they're complicated. We try to be honest about uncertainty. We try to avoid both the "AI will save everything" and "AI will destroy everything" framings, because neither is accurate.
Our values
Honesty over hype. We'd rather tell you something is uncertain or overstated than pretend we have confident answers we don't have.
Accessibility without condescension. You can explain complex ideas clearly without talking down to people. That's what we try to do.
Independence. We don't take sponsored content that's disguised as editorial. When we have a commercial relationship, we say so clearly.
Genuine curiosity. We find this stuff genuinely interesting, and we hope that comes through in the writing.
